Donate breast milk

Your extra breast milk can help a baby who needs it.

If you are making more breast milk than your baby needs, you are holding something another family is aching for. Screened donor milk feeds the smallest, most fragile babies in the NICU, and it helps new mothers keep breastfeeding while their own milk comes in. Sharing yours can change how a baby starts.

Real work deserves real recognition.

We process to order so nothing we collect goes to waste. Breast milk donations happen in rounds based on what NICUs and families need at the time. Compensation is set for each round and you’ll know your rate before you ship anything.

“From start to finish, they made every step of the donation process seamless, supportive, and stress-free. Their communication, organization, and genuine care made me feel valued not just as a donor, but as part of something truly meaningful. Knowing that my breastmilk is going to infants in need because of their dedication, time, and effort means more to me than words can express. They handle everything with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency, which makes donating such an easy and positive experience.” – Kelly S.

Do you qualify?

Most healthy, non-smoking moms with extra breast milk do. Screening takes a few steps — we’ll walk you through all of them.

You’re likely a good fit if:

  • You’re generally healthy and don’t smoke, vape, or use nicotine
  • You’re based in the U.S.
  • You’re making more milk than your own baby needs
  • You’re willing to complete a health history and a quick blood and urine screen

A few things can pause or prevent donation:

  • Nicotine, illegal drugs, marijuana/THC, or more than one drink a day
  • Certain daily medications, herbal galactagogues (like fenugreek), or megadose vitamins
  • A history of HIV/HTLV, hepatitis B or C, TB, or certain cancers within 3 years
  • A transfusion, transplant, or non-sterile tattoo/piercing in the last 4–12 months
  • Certain partner-related risk factors in the last 12 months
  • Specific time spent in parts of the UK or Europe in defined years
