Steven White is the Head of Manufacturing and Quality of LactaLogics.
White holds an MBA from Ashland University and an MS in Food Science from Utah State University, emphasizing Dairy Microbiology, Fermentations, and Chemistry. He holds numerous certifications, including Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI).
Over his 23-year career, he has led manufacturing and quality projects for major dairy and beverage brands, honing his expertise in aseptic processing, food safety compliance, and operational efficiency. He has deep experience managing complex systems like UHT pasteurizers, separators, and fluid filling systems.
White leads LactaLogics’ manufacturing, quality systems, compliance, validation, and regulatory oversight teams.
