Maureen Crissy

A highly accomplished leader, Maureen Crissy brings over 30 years of expertise in lactation, neonatal care, and healthcare education. She currently serves as Director of Clinical Engagement at LactaLogics, where she leads efforts to connect with clinicians and expand access to human milk-based nutrition in neonatal care.

Previously, Maureen held key leadership roles, including Clinical Development Manager at Ameda, Inc., where she expanded access to breastfeeding education and secured state contracts to improve human milk availability. She also founded Mama Bean Lactation Services, providing lactation support to mothers and consulting on workplace pumping policies while partnering with hospitals to implement breastfeeding programs and donor milk collection sites.

Beyond her professional achievements, Maureen has demonstrated leadership in the broader lactation community. She was a founding board member of HMBANA’s Mother’s Milk Bank of Florida, playing a pivotal role in expanding access to donor human milk across the state.
