Laura Diaz Freeland has spent nearly two decades in marketing roles spanning geospatial engineering, hospitality, and the nonprofit sector. She’s known for building alignment across an organization—making sure everyone from the warehouse floor to the executive team understands the company’s story and the role they play in it.

She brings a multidisciplinary lens to her work, pairing strategic clarity with communication that feels accessible and genuinely engaging.

Laura joined LactaLogics with a deeply personal connection to the mission. In 2019, her twin daughters were born more than 17 weeks prematurely and spent a combined 359 days in neonatal intensive care. That experience shaped her commitment to supporting families and the systems that care for them.
