Christina Dolan

Christina Dolan is the Vice President, Corporate Operations at LactaLogics. She serves as a strategic partner to the COO, connecting people, processes, and priorities to support the company’s next stage of growth.

Dolan brings more than two decades of experience in consumer packaged goods and services, leading large field organizations and cross-functional teams. She has scaled sales and operations across major national retailers, guiding leaders who manage complex portfolios in highly competitive markets.

Before joining LactaLogics, she held progressive leadership roles at Breakthru Beverage Group, Keurig Dr Pepper, BlueTriton Brands, Nestlé Waters, and earlier in the education sector. Across startups and global enterprises, she has been recognized for building inclusive, diverse teams and transforming underperforming groups into high-performing divisions.

Under Dolan’s leadership, LactaLogics is strengthening corporate operations and alignment, creating scalable systems that help bring more human milk–based nutrition to infants in need.
