Chelly Snow is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and co-founder of LactaLogics. She also serves on the Board of Directors. Snow is responsible for all organizational operations, including donor and employee experience.
Connecting a friend in need of breastmilk to another friend who had extra was the spark for Snow to co-found Only the Breast in 2009, the largest milk donor platform in the world. She saw firsthand how many moms with excess milk were willing to help babies in need, leading to the development of a safer way to share milk and the co-founding of LataLogics in 2014.
A passionate advocate of donor moms, Snow set out to optimize how to best prioritize the care of moms who have excess milk. She is now a recognized expert in donor procurement, screening, logistics, and reimbursement, ensuring LactaLogics takes care of its donor moms so they can take care of babies.
"Premature and at-risk babies need human milk to thrive. Moms who have healthy babies and can produce excess breast milk want to help. Connecting the two has always been my passion. When we support the needs of our donor moms, we have plenty of milk to support babies in need."
