We’ve reimagined what infant nutrition can look like. From the NICU to at-home care, every baby will be able to have access to the life-saving benefits of human milk.
We’re connecting moms who have healthy babies and can produce excess breast milk to babies in need. Help give babies the nutrition only human milk can give.

Leading the clinical commercialization efforts for LactaLogics first-in-class donor human milk portfolio, Nicole Queliz serves as the Vice President of Clinical Sales. Known for her clinical, outcomes-driven approach, she is guided by a simple principle: “Great outcomes for babies are at the root of everything we do.” As a former pediatric and neonatal dietitian, Nicole partners closely with physicians, dietitians, and hospital leaders to identify opportunities for quality improvement and deliver value-based, evidence-informed solutions.
Before joining LactaLogics, Nicole spent more than a decade in infant nutrition and pharmaceutical sales. Most recently, she launched a state-of-the-art biologic therapy with Galderma Laboratories for patients suffering from severe skin conditions. “Passion has to drive my work. I need to feel that I’m making patient lives better by giving clinicians the best tools to treat them,” she says.
Her earlier career includes commercial and clinical leadership roles with Abbott and Galderma, as well as service as a pediatric and neonatal dietitian across major health systems.
Nicole lives in Orlando with her husband and three daughters where life is equal parts joyful chaos and controlled logistics. When she is not bringing donor human milk to hospitals, you can find her tending to her plant collection (which she insists are thriving) or unwinding with a paint-by-number, because she likes creativity with boundaries.
