We appreciate you and know it’s a lot of work to provide excess milk, especially with a newborn.

The application process and lab tests are always free

We work hard to make our application process comprehensive, ensuring the safety and quality of our milk, but also as easy as possible for our donor moms.

You must commit to putting the feeding needs of your baby first and meet our strict qualification criteria.

It's easy to help at-risk infants in need

Pre-qualify

Take 15–20 minutes to complete a questionnaire about your health, lifestyle, and milk expression. Once submitted, our Donor Success Team will review your responses and follow up with support and next steps.

Get approved

You’ll sign a medical release form so we can contact your healthcare provider(s) directly. We’ll also guide you through scheduling a blood screening at your local lab. Our team will walk with you through the process and review everything with care.

 

Ship and Get reimbursed

We’ll send you prepaid insulated kits to ship your milk. Once your milk passes our quality checks, you’ll receive your reimbursement. Then it’s prepared to nourish the babies who need it most.
